Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign released their newest collaboration, "Vultures 2." The new album follows "Vultures 1," which was released in February, and it has a crazy roster of guests: it hosts features from Young Thug, 070 Shake, Future, Playboi Carti, Kodak Black, Don Toliver, Lil Durk, and his children, North and Chicago. The album is now available on all of the major digital streaming platforms.

Chances are, people were hoping for a "Vultures 2" well before the first was even released. West announced the release dates for the second and third volumes back in February, stating they would come out on March 8 and April 5 respectively. With the third volume nowhere to be seen, "Vultures 2" has arrived, continuing their independent release model outlined in West's interview with Hypebeast this past March.

According to the interview, West's commitment to independence is driven by a need for authenticity and serves as a practical response to recent controversies.

Commercially, "Vultures 1" was huge, but it received mixed reception from critics. The album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, while the single "Carnival," which featured Rich the Kid and Playboi Carti, reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. West and Ty Dolla $ign augmented the album with several listening events and had a headlining performance at Rolling Loud California. With the performance and commercial appeal of this new album, now is the time to get involved with music royalty investing. Most of the artists featured on this project have assets available on Royalty Exchange. Take this one below for example.

Investing in Kanye's Music Royalties

Royalty Exchange is known as the leading platform for investors interested in earning from music royalties. In March 2023, a catalog featuring songs by Kanye, 50 Cent, and more was purchased by an investor on the platform for $17,500. The most notable song in the catalog was the Andre 3000 featured "Life of the Party" by Ye. After holding the catalog for just over a year and receiving $4.4k in royalties over that time period another investor came in and made an offer the original buyer accepted for $35,000. Now the catalog is up for auction again for anyone willing to make a compelling offer. The new buyer can sit on it as long as they want to and continue to earn roughly $3-$4k per year in royalties for life if they choose.
